• When should I order my gift by to ensure it arrives before Christmas?

  Easy answer: December 10. All orders ship within 2-3 business days after they’re placed, but due to the holiday shipping frenzy and inevitable weather delays, we recommend you place your gift order by December 10 to make sure it arrives on time!

• Are Christmas boxes sent in an unbranded box/package?

  All box gift subscriptions will be sent in our American flag Lucky Tackle Box boxes like you see on the website. If you want to be discrete with your gift, we recommend shipping it to yourself, then wrapping it as you wish. Any products that you buy in our online store such as t-shirts, baits, and rods will be shipped in an unbranded box or package.

• Can I address the gift subscription to another person but pay for it myself?

  Yes! We ask for a billing address and a shipping address, so you can pay for a present and have it shipped directly to the recipient. We do not add personal messages or cards at this time. If you want to include a card, we recommend shipping the box to yourself so you can write a card and wrap it as you wish.

• If I purchase a gift subscription, will it auto-renew or is it a one-time purchase?

  All gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase and do NOT auto-renew! You will pay for the total length of the subscription at the checkout, and your card will NOT be re-charged when the subscription ends.

• When will the gift recipient receive their boxes?

  The first gift box will ship 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. The remaining boxes in your subscription cycle will process on the same day the following months. For example, if you order a gift subscription on 12/3, your first box will ship within 2-3 business days. Your second box will ship on ~1/7 and the third box will ship on ~2/5.
