I purchased these boxes for my grandsons. They love to fish. They were excited each month to receive it and find all the surprise lures, hooks etc. They took turns picking out what they wanted for their tackle boxes. After 2 years of boxes they had a huge supply of gear. Now they are set for any fishing adventure!!!!!

Our monthly package was lost along the way of being delivered and after following up with the delivery company and Lucky Tackle box, a replacement monthly subscription box was sent to us to replace the missing one without a hassle! Which we greatly appreciate!!

My family and I have a few times come to LTB to check out and order subscriptions (both regular & gift) and any time we’ve dealt with their customer service department, the experience has been excellent.
Most recently Alex M. assisted me w/ out most recent order & Alex was attentive, responded in a timely manner and super friendly
I wouldn’t even bother checking out the competitors simply because i know with LTB, I’ll receive consistent and good customer service.

We got this for my father-in-law who can be difficult to buy for since he has everything he needs, or so it seems. He loves this gift. At Christmas we purchased a 6 month to see if he would like it/ use the items- he loves it and talks about it so we got another 6 months for his birthday!!! Customer service is prompt and friendly. Quality of items is good- which is something rare in a subscription service.

Yesterday I received the monthly premium bass lucky tackle box! Wow was I surprised what a box. We had a little problem last month. And they jumped in to correct it quickly. My goal was to compare them with another major brand of box but as of now the other box would have to go a long way just to be even close. Thank Lucky Tackle Box. 👍

Kyle was very helpful. He was answered back quickly and he took care of my situation answered my questions and my grandson loves these surprised by it's surprise boxes that he gets. I. I will be purchasing another one in July for my other grandson hes a little older so I'll have to get something a little more involved but I will be back in the July month.. This will be the 3rd grandson I'll be purchasing for they love him

I am a return customer, bought the LTB bass xl box yearly subscription again for my boyfriend cause he loved it so much last time!!! Great products and great service!!! Always fun getting new fishing products in the mail monthly and then you have an excuse to go fishing lol… we love the LTB bass boxes ..

I ordered a couple subscription boxes as gifts for the holidays and later wanted to change the shipping addresses so the next boxes would be delivered to the gift recipients instead of me, but was unable to do this myself— The email representative was very helpful in resolving this issue and went above and beyond with his friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. I have ordered boxes for co-workers for a few years now. When ordering this year, I made a mistake and selected the monthly subscription. I did not realize my mistake until I got an email my monthly box was shipping. I emailed and Kyle responded very promptly returned my email. He fixed my subscription and resolved the issue within minutes!!

Christmas is stressful enough without me making it hard. Lucky Tackle Box (and Kyle) really care about customer service, and I am beyond thankful for them making my experience so easy!!

Awesome company with great customer service! At first I was sent the wrong box and after emailing them he responded promptly and let me know that another box was on the way. They also told me to keep the current box as extra. Everything in the box looked quality and essential and it was a lot of fun to see what I was going to get. I will definitely be staying subscribed for sometime

I ordered a 3 month subscription for my husbands birthday, and the first box was missing one of the included jigs. I emailed customer service and Kyle got back to me quickly to inform me that the specific jig was out of stock. He assured me that they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible. We are lookin forward to the next two boxes.

This is an awesome company. Purchased one year subscription for my 14 year old grandson, who is an avid outdoorsman. He always looks forward to his box and has never been disappointed in its contents. Personnel at this company has always been extremely responsive, answering any of my questions very quickly. We received out email notification alerting us that our box was shipping out (at the same time every month) but our shipping info wasn't updating and so a week later I emailed the company and Kyle messaged back right away, apologizing, and letting me know that he contacted the shipping department and had it re-shipped. He then followed up with me the next day asking me to let him know as soon as our package arrived because he was staying ON TOP of the situation. It arrived two days later.
